General Goals:
- Plan all of my meals each and every week
- Work out at least 3 times a week
- Incorporate strength training work-outs with cardio work-outs
- Drink 60-80ozs water each day
Overall Weight Loss Goal:
- To be wearing a size 12 pants by the end of the year
- To run a full 5K - without any walking (preferably in less than 30 minutes, but that's extra)
- Complete the Couch 2 5K running program
- Participate in the Susan G. Koman RFTC 5K in April
- Participate in the Cancer Challenge 5K in the summer
- For every 1lb lost each week, $2 will be placed in a jar that will go towards a new wardrobe at the end of the year
- For every 1lb gained each week, $2 will be removed from the jar
- Each week that all meals are planned and kept to (no extra eating) a $5 bonus will be placed in the jar
- Each week that I work out 3 times a $5 bonus will be added to the jar
- At the completion of each exercise goal, a $20 bonus will be added to the jar
- The money is to not be touched until the overall weight loss goal has been achieved
