I was weighing myself once a week, with a mid-week "check" but I'm just not happy with that. At the end of the day, it isn't really about what the number on the scale says but how I look and feel.

If I can put clothes on and start to see the differences in the way they fit, I'm doing something right. If I can go longer distances with a higher intensity, I'm doing something right.

I don't need a scale to tell me..at all! :)

Oh, and I'll check out your blog!!

Thanks for the comment. :)Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13807379587473251820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5366416352072916185.post-84839313403223615962013-07-01T10:33:15.568-05:002013-07-01T10:33:15.568-05:00Hi Joanna, congrats on that 4 mile walk, that was ...Hi Joanna, congrats on that 4 mile walk, that was awesome. I'm glad I stumbled across your blog. I can soooo relate to what you're going through with the scale woes and I'm actually just finishing a post where I talk about that. When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed myself every single day, but I realized if I wanted to stay sane, I had to stop. I'm doing exactly what your doing right now. I'm going by the way my clothes are fitting me and how much energy I'm gaining. I only weigh myself once a week now and it works for me.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13349193596991402743noreply@blogger.com
